EXPO Ferroviaria 2017 - Milan, Italy - 3-5 October 2017

The eighth EXPO Ferroviaria exhibition will take place at a new venue in 2017 – Rho Fiera in Milan. This change locates the show at a key hub in Italy’s rail network and in a region that is home to many of the industry’s suppliers.

As Italy’s only regular railway industry exhibition, EXPO Ferroviaria serves as an important showcase for the extensive capabilities of the country’s supply chain and also attracts leading foreign companies targeting a market offering many business opportunities.

With its wide international appeal, the event attracts senior-level visitors from railway companies and their suppliers from Italy and beyond, including France, of course. A total of 5,500 engineers, senior managers and railway professionals visited EXPO Ferroviaria 2016, which welcomed 270 exhibitors from 22 countries.

A major new feature for exhibitors at EXPO Ferroviaria 2017 exhibition will be an opportunity to display rolling stock and track construction and maintenance vehicles at a railway site adjacent to the show venue.

Supported by key government agencies, the national railway company Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato and leading industry organisations, EXPO Ferroviaria 2017 will also include an extensive programme of associated events providing valuable insights into trends in railway policy and technology and creating.

Business France, the national agency supporting the international development of the French econony, will organize B2B meetings between French and Italian companies.
